The intake form exists to understand your workflow and reply. It does not feed an automated CRM funnel or prospecting list.

What you submit
- Name, work email and company or product.
- Audience, current work surface and workflow to improve.
- A URL and technical context when you choose to add them.
- Timestamps and technical signals needed to prevent abuse.

Why the data is used
FokaLabs uses it to read your request, assess whether ScopeRail fits and reply. It is not sold or used for an automated marketing campaign.

Delivery and service providers
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the message. It is processed at the site edge and delivered to the ScopeRail inbox. Cloudflare and the hosting infrastructure process the technical data required for that operation under their own commitments.

Retention and deletion
Conversations remain in the studio inbox for as long as they are useful to handle and follow up the exchange. Ask to access, correct or delete your message at [email protected].

Site preferences
ScopeRail stores only your theme choice in the browser and an equivalent functional cookie. No advertising analytics tool is installed at this time.
